We’ll always discuss any additional work or changes before proceeding to ensure no surprises.

3. What if I change my mind after payment?

To ensure fairness and to account for the time and resources dedicated to your project, we have the following policy:

Once payment is made, 50% of the total fee is non-refundable. This covers the initial planning, research, and preparatory efforts.
After any work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will not exempt clients from payment obligations for completed portions of the project.
